Mr. Subash Chander Mittal is the Managing Director of Omega Insurance Brokers LLC. He is a highly accomplished Accounts and Finance professional with over 33 years of experience in the insurance sector. He is widely recognized for his significant contributions to the industry and his strong commitment to excellence.
Mr. Mittal holds a distinguished membership with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London, UK, which exemplifies his dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
His remarkable career journey began in 1990, when he assumed the role of Resident Manager at The New India Assurance Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Building on his early successes, he later served as Branch Manager at Al Dhafra Insurance Company in Dubai, UAE, from 1996 to 1998.
Since March 2003, Mr. Subash Chander Mittal has been serving as the Managing Director of Omega Insurance Brokers LLC, a prominent insurance brokerage firm based in Dubai, UAE. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has achieved significant milestones and strengthened its position in the insurance market.
With an impressive track record of achievements, Mr. Mittal continues to be an influential figure in the insurance sector, inspiring both peers and aspiring professionals alike.

Chief Operation Officer
Dr. Joseph David is a versatile and seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience across all levels of client advocacy in corporate insurance and risk advisory for large corporates in the Middle East. He possesses extensive expertise in reinsurance, claims management, and various insurance policy clauses, making him a highly respected professional in the industry.
Dr. Joseph currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Omega Insurance Brokers LLC, with a demonstrated history of leadership in the insurance sector. He brings deep industry knowledge gained through working with clients across major industries, along with strong technical expertise in Motor, Medical, and General Insurance.
He holds a PhD in Health Care Management from the University of Washington, Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to professional excellence.
