Licensed and supervised by the Central Bank of the UAE
Omega Insurance Brokers LLC operates as a licensed insurance broker under CBUAE Registration No. 162.
Insurance policies are underwritten and issued by licensed insurers. Omega acts as an intermediary and advisor between clients and insurers.

Omega maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
03 — Independence
Independence and Insurer Relationships
Omega works with multiple insurance companies. We are not tied to one insurer.
The insurer options available for a particular client depend on:

How Omega Is Paid
Omega may receive commission from insurers for arranging and servicing insurance policies.
Where required, we will explain:
- The nature of our remuneration
- The basis of remuneration
- Relevant conflicts of interest
Clients should pay premiums directly to the insurer in accordance with the applicable broker framework.

Omega uses approved communication channels to protect client information. Available channels include:

Client information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy, security and retention requirements.

Complaints
We take concerns seriously.
If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Omega:
Submit the complaint through the approved complaints channel.
Provide your name, contact details and relevant reference.
Explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
Omega will acknowledge and investigate the matter.
You will receive a response in accordance with the applicable process.
08 — Escalation
Sanadak
Where an eligible complaint remains unresolved after the required period, the matter may be escalated to Sanadak, the UAE's financial and insurance ombudsman.
Sanadak's eligibility, process and current requirements should be checked through its official channels.
